I feel like I should start with my reasons for creating this blog. I have kept one on and off since high school; I have also maintained a paper journal. However, at this point in time, I really feel like I need to put my thoughts out there. Hopefully no one will really read this and be bored with my thoughts, but I would like to think that someone will possibly read this and find comfort or help me find comfort.
The reason for the name- I am hoping that this will be full of tranquil thoughts and will help me get out/over my anxiety. My mom feels that I should write a book about my anxiety. She thinks it will help me to get a bit better and possibly help others. I think I will start here and see if this helps at all. I am hopeful.
